You have the freedom to cancel your subscription whenever you like. 1-month and 1-year plans often come with automatic renewal. But if you don't want to renew the subscription, you can cancel at any time. Please contact us [email protected].

Unfortunately, Windows licenses can only be activated on Windows computers, and Mac licenses are exclusively designed for macOS computers. If you accidentally purchased the incorrect version, we kindly recommend requesting a refund and then making a new purchase.
